预制混凝土管桩作为一种新桩型以其施工方便、承载力高、质量可靠、较为经济等优点近年在山东省得到广泛的应用。鉴于凯旋新城东区地质条件复杂性,项目部通过紧密结合勘察、设计、现场施工,总结预制混凝土管桩对项目质量、工期、造价的影响,分析影响管桩承载力的因素、施工中常见的问题以及防治措施,为其它项目基础设计和施工提供参考和借鉴。
