目的:建立浙贝母的HPLC-ELSD含量测定方法,完善椰露止咳合剂的质量标准。方法:采用HPLC-ELSD法测定贝母素甲、贝母素乙的含量。色谱柱:Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18柱;流动相:乙睛-0.1%二乙胺溶液(70∶30);流速:1.0mL/min;检测器:蒸发光散射检测器。结果:贝母素甲在0.101~2.513g范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 4),平均加样回收率为98.8%(n=9);贝母素乙在0.050~1.998g范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 0),平均加样回收率为97.6%(n=9)。结论:该方法操作简单、重现性好、结果准确可靠,可用于椰露止咳合剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of Fritillaria cirrhosae by HPLC-ELSD and to improve the quality standard of Cailu Zhike Mixture. Methods: HPLC-ELSD method was used to determine the contents of Fritillariae and Peiminine B. Column: Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column; mobile phase: acetonitrile-0.1% diethylamine (70:30); flow rate: 1.0 mL / min; detector: evaporative light scattering detector. Results: The linear range was 0.101 ~ 2.513g (r = 0.999 4), and the average recoveries were 98.8% (n = 9). The results showed that in the range of 0.050-1.998g, There was a good linear relationship (r = 0.999 0) with an average recovery of 97.6% (n = 9). Conclusion: The method is simple, reproducible, accurate and reliable, and can be used for the quality control of Clover cough mixture.
