目的:报道1例单角子宫患者行IVF-ET助孕双胎妊娠成功分娩活产的病案。方法:对本院接受IVF-ET助孕的1例原发性不孕单角子宫患者进行回顾性总结与分析。结果:采用GnRHa长方案控制性超促排卵(COH),获优质胚胎13枚,移植8cⅡ级胚胎2枚,宫内双胎妊娠因严重子痫前期于34+3周行剖宫产,早产2名健康活婴。结论:对子宫肌层厚度及宫腔容积正常的单角子宫不孕患者行IVF-ET助孕治疗是可行的。但应尽量避免多胎妊娠,减少流产、早产等并发症的发生,争取良好的妊娠结局。 OBJECTIVE: To report the case of successful childbirth live birth in IVF-ET twin pregnancies in a single-angle uterus. Methods: A retrospective summary and analysis of one case of primary unilateral uterine horn infertility with IVF-ET in our hospital. Results: GnRHa long protocol controlled ovarian hyperstimulation (COH) was used to obtain 13 high quality embryos and 2 8c Ⅱ embryos. Intrauterine twin pregnancies were performed cesarean at 34 + 3 weeks in severe preeclampsia and preterm labor 2 Healthy living baby. Conclusion: IVF-ET assisted pregnancy is feasible for patients with unilateral uterine uterine intima thickness and intrauterine volume. But should try to avoid multiple pregnancy, reduce the incidence of miscarriage, premature birth and other complications, for a good pregnancy outcome.
