目的:改进盐酸普拉格雷的合成工艺。方法:以5,6,7,7a-四氢噻吩并[3,2-c]吡啶-2(4H)-酮盐酸盐和2-溴-2-(2-氟苯基)-1-环丙基乙酮为起始原料,经过取代、酰化、成盐3步得到目标化合物。结果:目标化合物经质谱、核磁共振、红外光谱等确证其化学结构。总收率可达到60%,产品纯度99.5%以上。结论:改进后的工艺操作简单,产率较高,适合工业化生产。
Objective: To improve the synthesis of prasugrel hydrochloride. Methods: A mixture of 5,6,7,7a- tetrahydrothieno [3,2-c] pyridin-2 (4H) -one hydrochloride and 2-bromo-2- Cyclopropylethyl ketone as the starting material, after substitution, acylation, salt 3 steps to obtain the target compound. Results: The target compounds were confirmed by MS, 1H NMR and IR spectra. The total yield can reach 60%, product purity 99.5%. Conclusion: The improved process is simple, high yield, suitable for industrial production.
