用含炭疽病菌的PDAY平板上分离香蕉组织表面的拮抗菌株,经离体和活体测定对香蕉炭疽病的防效,筛选到96003、96120、96206、95040、96201、95019、95042及96004等8个有显著拮抗作用的菌株,其中95019是酵母菌,其它为细菌.96003防效最佳,达67%.供试菌株的拮抗作用机制可分为抑菌和竞争两类.
Antagonistic strains of banana tissue were isolated from PDAY plates containing anthracnose bacteria, and the control effect on banana anthracnose was tested in vitro and in vivo.
