目的:了解华中地区医院抗肿瘤药物临床应用情况,供生产、营销和使用等部门参考。方法:调取华中地区样本医院2008～2011年医院用药数据,结合·临床应用进行分析。结果:抗肿瘤药物用量增长迅速,主要品种有多西他赛、紫杉醇、康艾、复方斑蝥制剂、奥沙利铂、吉西他滨等,植物生物碱和其他天然药使用金额最多。结论:高选择性、高效低毒性的抗肿瘤药物需求量增大,抗肿瘤中药的应用广泛。
Objective: To understand the clinical application of anticancer drugs in hospitals in Central China for reference of other departments such as production, marketing and use. Methods: The hospital samples from 2008 to 2011 in Central China were collected for data analysis and clinical application. Results: The dosage of antitumor drugs increased rapidly. The main varieties were docetaxel, paclitaxel, Kang Ai, cantharidin preparations, oxaliplatin, gemcitabine and so on. The amount of plant alkaloids and other natural medicines was the most used. Conclusion: The demand for antitumor drugs with high selectivity, high efficiency and low toxicity is increasing, and antitumor traditional Chinese medicines are widely used.
