目的:分析我校2014级护生在单人徒手胸外心脏按压考核中的常见错误,探讨对策,以提高实践教学质量。方法:对我校2014级护理专业6个班的学生进行成人单人徒手心肺复苏术操作考核,针对考核中出现问题较严重且重要的胸外心脏按压部分,每班随机抽取25名学生,共计150名学生进行操作错误分析并寻找解决对策。结果:考生在胸外心脏按压操作的按压部位、姿势、深度和频率等方面错误率均较高。结论:通过对错误的分析,尝试从学生、教师和学校三方面采取措施,共同努力,以提高护生实践能力和教师护理实践教学质量。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the common mistakes of 2014 college nursing students in single-handed thorax cardiac compression assessment and to explore countermeasures to improve their practice teaching quality. Methods: To conduct single-handed cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for 6 classes of nursing students in 2014 in our school. For the part of the extrathoracic cardiac compression with serious and important problems, 25 students were randomly selected from each class, 150 students conduct operational error analysis and find solutions. Results: Candidates had higher error rates in compression, position, depth and frequency of chest compressions. Conclusion: Through the analysis of mistakes, try to take measures from three aspects of students, teachers and schools to work together to improve the practical ability of nursing students and teaching quality of teachers’ nursing practice.
