农村学校,尤其是初中段的学生,目前仍有流失现象发生。我校一贯重视控流,从新年至今,竟然有四名学生辍学了。四名流生的班主任分别采取了一些劝学措施,但结果无效。校领导决定分成两组,亲自家访,对四名流生进行劝学。我是流生Y的班主任,伴随校长等人作为一组骑车登程。关于Y的家庭情况,我了解到诸多不幸:四口之家,家境贫寒,妈妈不在了,弟弟年龄尚小。Y是个聪明懂事的孩子,15岁的她已深知家庭的艰辛,父亲又生病,无法干活,所以有了辍学赚钱供弟弟读书的念头。赶到Y家,知道我们的来意后,Y的眼泪无声地滑落。但无论怎样开导,她的态度始终比较坚定,不愿再上学了。
Rural schools, especially junior high school students, are still losing. Our school has always attached importance to controlling the flow. From the New Year to the present, four students have dropped out of school. The four class teachers in charge had taken some measures to persuade them, but the results were invalid. The school leaders decided to divide them into two groups and visit them in person to exhort four students. I am the head teacher of the class of Y. I used the headmaster and others as a group to ride the bike. Regarding Y’s family situation, I learned a lot of misfortunes: a family of four, a poor family, an absence of mothers, and a younger brother. Y is a wise and sensible child. When she was 15 years old, she knew the hardships of her family and her father was ill and unable to work. Therefore, she had the idea of making money for her younger brother to study. After rushing to Y home and knowing our intentions, Y’s tears fell silently. However, no matter how she was enlightened, her attitude was always firm and she did not want to go to school.
