水稻虽然是高产稳产作物,但对低温冷害比较敏感。今年,水稻育苗期冷空气活动频繁,回缓慢,平均气温稳定通过5℃的日期与1983年相比晚10天左右,对秧苗的生育有一定影响。据省内各气象台站长期天气预报,总的情况是温度较低,可能出现冷害。我省属北方寒冷稻区,建国以来发生多次冷害,严重年份对水稻生产有较大影响。因此应及早采取措施,抗灾夺丰收。
