本文采用渐进性低氧法降低总氧运输量,观察了家兔氧运输与氧提取关系。的变化,同时监测血乳酸含量的变化,以评价组织缺氧程度和性质。结果表明:①对照组动物的VO2─DO2曲线均可清楚地分为依赖段和非依赖段两部分,临界氧提取率为0.83±0.12.内毒素组除1例外其余均仅出现依赖段,未出现非依赖段,其氧提取率为0.60±0.14,显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。②内毒素组动脉血乳酸浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。此结果提示:内毒素可致家兔氧摄取障碍,造成组织缺氧,出现病理性氧供应依赖性现象。
In this paper, the gradual hypoxia method to reduce the total oxygen transport volume, observe the oxygen transport of rabbits and oxygen extraction relationship. Changes in blood lactate levels were also monitored to assess the extent and nature of tissue hypoxia. The results showed that: ① The VO2DO2 curve of the control animals can be clearly divided into two parts: dependent and nondependent sections. The critical oxygen extraction rate was 0.83 ± 0.12. In the endotoxin group, except for 1, there were only dependent segments and no independent segments. The oxygen extraction rate was 0.60 ± 0.14, significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.01). ② Lactate concentration in endotoxin group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.01). The results suggest that: endotoxin can cause oxygen uptake disorder in rabbits, resulting in tissue hypoxia, the phenomenon of pathological oxygen supply dependence.
