目的探讨甲基硒酸(Me Se A)对He La细胞增殖和迁移功能的影响。方法体外培养He La细胞,采用不同浓度的Me Se A处理12~72 h,MTT和划痕实验检测He La细胞的增殖和迁移能力。结果采用3μmol/L的Me Se A处理He La细胞,细胞的增殖和迁移速度明显降低(P<0.01,P<0.05)。与对照组相比,Me Se A处理组的细胞增殖抑制率达40%,4 h和8 h的迁移抑制率分别为29%和26%。结论Me Se A可以抑制宫颈癌细胞系He La细胞的增殖及迁移,表现出抗癌活性。
Objective To investigate the effect of methyl selenite (Me Se A) on the proliferation and migration of He La cells. Methods He La cells were cultured in vitro and treated with different concentrations of Me Se A for 12-72 h. The proliferation and migration of He La cells were detected by MTT and scratch assay. Results The proliferation and migration of HeLa cells treated with 3 μmol / L Me Se A were significantly decreased (P <0.01, P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the inhibition rate of cell proliferation in Me Se A group was 40%, and the migration inhibition rates in 4 and 8 h were 29% and 26% respectively. Conclusion Me Se A can inhibit the proliferation and migration of cervical cancer cell line He La and show anticancer activity.
