高校小语种人才培养模式的探讨——以昆明理工大学为例

随着经济全球化和区域一体化进程的加快,世界各国间在政治、经济、文化、环境等问题上交流更加频繁。这就需要很多通晓东南亚国家语言的复合型人才。我校在东盟小语种人才培养过程中,采取“有效引导、自愿报名、专业协调、逐级选拔”的宝塔型方式,普遍受到了学生的好评和良好的效果。 With the acceleration of economic globalization and regional integration, exchanges among countries in the world on political, economic, cultural and environmental issues have become more frequent. This requires a lot of complex talents who are familiar with the languages ​​of Southeast Asian countries. Our school adopts the pagoda type of “guiding effectively, voluntarily enrolling, coordinating professionally and selecting step by step” in the cultivation process of small-language ASEAN students, which is generally praised by students and has good effect.
