退耕还林工程自1999年试点和实施以来,根据工程建设的实际需要,建立健全了一整套较为完善的政策措施,为退耕还林工程的顺利实施奠定了基础并提供了政策保障。
Since the pilot project was put into operation in 1999, the Project of Returning Cultivated Land to Forests has established and perfected a set of relatively complete set of policies and measures according to the actual needs of project construction, laying the foundation for the smooth implementation of the project of returning farmland to forestland and providing policy support.
