根据中国港口协会五届一次常务理事会议决议精神和具体部署,重新组建的教育培训委员会五届一次全体委员会议于9月26日至28日在上海召开。出席会议的有协会领导、培委会成员及有关部门的代表共18人。 中国港口协会顾问徐承范和副秘书长张宝福莅会指导并讲了话。会议听取和审议了本届培委会主任陈祥生所作的《再接再励,继续为培养港口专业人才服务》的工作报告;听取和审议了本届培委会副主任顾小葭所作的《关于重新组建培委会和修订(工作条例)的说明》。
According to the spirit of the resolution and the concrete deployment of the Fifth Plenary Session of the China Port Association, the first plenary session of the Fifth Plenary Session of the Education and Training Commission was held in Shanghai from September 26 to 28. A total of 18 people attended the meeting, including association leaders, members of the training committee and representatives of relevant departments.
