On English Teachers’ Role and New Teaching Molds in New Curriculum

   1. A new role in the new curriculum teaching for English teachers
   1.1 A question-dealer’s role
   “Missionary” is to teach people make life, passed students do live by, “for the industry,” and “scholarship of the Road”, a correct outlook on life, morality, etc, therefore, in the process of growing up, the students will take a lot less roads; I consider the “Tuition” is the human long-time social practice gained knowledge and experience, and the skills cleverly passed to provide students with access to new knowledge, form the basis of the new theory; ‘doubts’ refers to the English teachers follow student-centered, according to the characteristics and needs of the students, help students identify problems and to resolve the problems, and then study skills, and develop their habits of self-learning.
   1.2 Friend’s role
   English teachers have a democratic style of work that should concern about others, equality and cordial teaching proficient students as a friend and confidante, to trust the students, love the students to equally communicate with their students rather than give more pressures to students. The learning process is a complex process; this process involves the students’ physical and psychological aspects.
   1.3 The role of learners
   As a saying goes, give a bowl of water, and they should have a spring. As a teacher, we also should optimize the structure of our knowledge, continuous self-perfect and self-improvement. English teachers can not be stereotyped attitude towards their work, but a change of view, the research approach their work object, work, and a variety of educational activities to learn new knowledge, new theories, and constantly reflect on own practice, and constantly discover new features and problems in order to make them adapt to the changing situation, and innovation.
   2. English teachers’ new teaching molds in new curriculum
   In traditional teacher-centered teaching, teachers just taught language and knowledge to their student. The main task is to ask students to carry out a full range of language input, and ask them to answer all the questions that rose by teachers. On the contrary, in this new mode of teaching, teachers are teaching the subjects, the teacher’s role can be summarized as the master of imparting knowledge and classroom teaching. Teachers will be the students’ emotional supporters instead of commanders. New teaching molds in new curriculum tries to focus on building a good relationship between the teachers and students and form a harmonious circumstance, emotion and atmosphere to students. Teachers will pay more attention to the students’ willing, interests, self-awareness, psychological qualities and abilities.
   3. Couclusion
   Overall, middle school English educators should adapt to the new teaching molds and new teaching roles in order to promote their teaching abilities and devote themselves to the national education industry.
