作为最基层的村小校长必须把主要精力用在教学上。校长抓教学工作有许多环节,要通过各个环节把教学工作抓好。如制定教学计划,组织学习课程标准和教材,组织备课、上课等等。在这诸多环节中听课是校长抓教学工作的中心环节,也是校长检查和指导教学工作的重要途径。因此我在指导教学工作上,坚持听课、研究听课。作为校长,如果既不兼课,又不听课,那么,怎么检查指导教学,怎么提高教学质量。
