随着房价的持续升温,人们开始研讨如何让房价回归理性。有的人假设房价会出现大幅度的下跌,但是在通货膨胀的情况下,这是不现实的。通货膨胀是指在纸币流通条件下,因货币供给大于货币实际需求,也即现实购买力大于产出供给导致货币贬值的一种经济现象。其表现是,一段时间内物价持续而普遍地上涨。那么,本文就业房价为例,谈谈通货膨胀的经济效应。
