目的:建立能彻底消除基体干扰的石墨炉原子吸收法测定尿铅的分析方法。方法:在尿液中加入氯化钯,静置使试液析出沉淀,并提高灰化温度、优化实验条件。结果:背景吸光值降至≤0.13,回收率95.0%,标准曲线方程Y=0.003273X+0.0009,r=0.9990。结论:建立的方法,消除了基体干扰,析出的沉淀不引起尿铅的损失,测定结果准确可靠。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of urinary lead by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry, which can completely eliminate matrix interference. Methods: Palladium chloride was added into the urine, and the solution was allowed to stand until the precipitate precipitated, and the ashing temperature was raised to optimize the experimental conditions. Results: The background absorbance decreased to ≤0.13, the recovery rate was 95.0%. The standard curve equation was Y = 0.003273X + 0.0009, r = 0.9990. Conclusion: The established method can eliminate the matrix interference, and the precipitated precipitate does not cause the loss of urinary lead. The determination result is accurate and reliable.
