通过调查,了解了商压溶出系统工况波动及其对生产指标的影响。应用相关图找出了原矿浆L/S波动对溶出液αK及赤泥A/S影响的定量关系。指出实现原矿浆L/S自动检测与挖制是减少工况波动,使溶出器处于最佳工作状态的重要途径。
Through the investigation, we know the fluctuation of operating pressure dissolution system and its influence on production index. The correlation diagram was used to find out the quantitative relationship between the fluctuation of L / S and the αK and red mud A / S of the leachate. It is pointed out that the realization of automatic detection and digging of L / S of ore slurry is an important way to reduce the fluctuation of working conditions and make the dissolution vessel in the best working condition.
