在生命的全过程,锌在免疫应答的正确发挥上起着重要作用。本文讨论了锌在老化进程中对感染的免疫抵抗作用及其中所涉及的主要生化通路。金属硫蛋白(MTs),诱导性一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)以及PARP途径由正常的锌代谢控制,而这个调控过程是通过感染前细胞因子的作用来实现的。
In the whole process of life, zinc plays an important role in the correct functioning of immune response. This article discusses the immunological resistance of zinc to infection during aging and the major biochemical pathways involved. Metallothioneins (MTs), inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), and PARP pathways are controlled by normal zinc metabolism, a process that is mediated by pre-infection cytokines.
