英语教师应该在男女有别的基础上满足男生的个性需求,在了解男生本色的基础上因势利导,实施因性施教,最大限度地发挥男生的学习潜力。本文结合教学实践,从实施“慢教”策略,树立男生信心;开展合作学习,提高交际能力;迎合男生心理,保持学习内驱力等方面阐述了有效把握性别差异,促进男生英语学习的问题。
English teachers should meet the boys and girls on the basis of their individual needs, understand the true nature of boys based on circumstances, the implementation of teaching because of their sexuality, to maximize the potential of boys learning. This article combines teaching practice, from the implementation of “slow teaching ” strategy, to establish boys confidence; to carry out cooperative learning, improve communication skills; to meet boys psychology, to maintain learning drive and so on to effectively grasp the gender differences and promote boys English learning problem.
