Rockwell-Collins recently started production of a new medium-sized, secure, general-purpose voice encryption device for aeronautical communications designed primarily for distribution to foreign markets. The device uses time and frequency of two-dimensional voice scrambling. The voice signal is first zoned, coded and then randomly at a nominal frequency
