TC16钛合金是马氏体型α+β两相高强钛合金,能够通过热处理改善其组织与性能,研究了退火工艺对TC16钛合金组织和性能的影响,得到了TC16合金退火工艺的最优参数。结果表明:TC16钛合金采用800~820℃保温2h,以2~4℃/min冷速随炉冷却至550℃后空冷的退火工艺,如此能获得要求的室温拉伸性能及良好的综合性能。
The TC16 titanium alloy is a martensitic α + β two-phase high-strength titanium alloy, and its microstructure and properties can be improved by heat treatment. The effect of annealing process on the microstructure and properties of the TC16 titanium alloy has been studied and the optimal parameters of the TC16 alloy annealing process have been obtained. The results show that the TC16 titanium alloy can be annealed at 800 ~ 820 ℃ for 2h and cooled at the temperature of 2 ~ 4 ℃ / min to 550 ℃ in air cooling process.
