目的建立一种测定人体全血中4种杀鼠剂的超高效液相色谱法。方法取0.2 ml全血用1 ml乙酸乙酯提取后,以BEH C18(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm)为色谱柱,1%乙酸+甲醇(15+85)为流动相,流速为0.3 ml/min,进行超高效液相色谱分析。结果 4种杀鼠剂分离效果良好,线性范围为0.05~5.00 mg/L,方法检出限为0.01~0.04 mg/L,平均加标回收率为70.28%~113.67%,相对标准偏差为1.54%~10.7%。结论本方法样品前处理简单、色谱分离速度快、定性准确,可用于突发公共卫生事件的中毒原因诊断。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of four human rodenticides in human whole body by ultra performance liquid chromatography. Methods After extracting 0.2 ml whole blood with 1 ml ethyl acetate, the mobile phase consisted of BEH C18 (100 mm × 2.1 mm, 1.7 μm) and 1% acetic acid + methanol (15 + 85) with a flow rate of 0.3 ml / min, for ultra-high performance liquid chromatography analysis. Results The results showed that the four kinds of rodenticides isolated well with a linear range of 0.05-5.50 mg / L, the detection limit was 0.01-0.04 mg / L, the average recoveries were 70.28% -113.67%, and the relative standard deviations were 1.54% ~ 10.7%. Conclusion The method has simple pretreatment, fast chromatographic separation and high accuracy. It can be used to diagnose the causes of public health emergencies.
