一个新建的选矿厂,需要进行生产调试,使设计的工艺流程符合客观实际,方能投入生产;已经投产的选矿厂,对工艺过程的可检参数需要经常检查和调节,以保证正常生产。只有通过技术检查,才能做到指标在手,“胸中有数”,克服生产的盲目性,科学地管理企业,发现生产中的薄弱环节,挖掘生产潜力,向生产的深度和广度进军。
A newly-built dressing plant needs to be debugged in production so that the design process is in line with the objective reality before it can be put into production. The beneficiation plant that has been put into operation needs regular inspection and adjustment of processable parameters so as to ensure normal production. Only through the technical inspection can we achieve the indicator in hand and overcome the blindness of production. We should scientifically manage enterprises and find the weak links in production so as to tap the potential of production and march toward the depth and breadth of production.
