随着网络信息技术的不断发展,网络心理健康教育逐步成为传统心理健康教育的延伸。作为心理健康工作的新途径,网络教育能够极大的拓展心理健康教育覆盖范围,但由于其局限性,如网络发展不完善导致内容形式单一、访问人员身份非实名导致无法进行后续跟踪帮助等。随着易班的进入,最终实现了仅高校学生参与并实名认证,给网络心理健康教育的深入提供了条件,本文从易班心理健康教育实施的可能性、易班板块设计及需要注意的问题等方面初步探索易班心理健康教育模式的建立,为加强网络心理健康教育提供借鉴。
