“按劳分配”作为社会主义个人消费品的分配原则,在我国已实行几十年了。由于理论与现实的反差,不得不要求我们重新思考按劳分配原则。有一种观点认为,在社会主义市场经济下,劳动力成为商品,按劳分配就是按劳动力价值分配。笔者以为,在社会主义市场经济下,按劳分配与按劳动力价值分配都是客观存在的。但按劳分配不是按劳动力价值分配,两者有明显区别,不能等同;同时两者又存在有机联系,可以在社会主义市场经济中统一共存。
The principle of “distribution according to work” as the principle of distribution of socialistic personal consumer goods has been practiced in our country for several decades. Due to the contrast between theory and reality, we have to ask us to rethink the principle of distribution according to work. In one view, under the socialist market economy, labor becomes commodity, and distribution according to work is distribution according to labor value. The author believes that under the socialist market economy, the distribution according to work and the distribution according to the value of labor are objective. However, the distribution according to work is not distributed according to the value of labor force. There is a clear distinction between the two and can not be equated. At the same time, the two have organic links and can coexist in a socialist market economy.
