2016年中国麻纺织行业经历了不平凡的一年,回顾这一年,行业有过困难,有过挫折,但行业企业携手共进,在严峻形势下依然保持了良好发展。在新的一年启程之际,本刊梳理出行业七大热点,既是对过去的回顾,也是对新一年的启迪。热点一:《中国麻纺织行业“十三五”发展指导意见》发布2016年1月,《中国麻纺织行业“十三五”发展指导意见》正式发布。《指导意见》对我国麻纺织行业“十二五”期间取得的成就做了回顾,并分析了存在的问题和面临的形势,指出了“十三五”期间麻纺织行业的主要发展目标和方向,明确了九大重点任务。
In 2016, China’s hemp textile industry experienced an extraordinary year. Looking back this year, the industry has experienced difficulties and setbacks. However, the industry and enterprises joined hands and maintained sound development in the harsh situation. On the occasion of the start of the new year, our magazine sort out seven hot topics in the industry as both a review of the past and an inspiration for the new year. Hot one: “China hemp textile industry,” “13th Five-Year” Development Guidance Opinion released January 2016, “China Hemp Textile Industry,” “13th Five-Year” “Development Guidance Opinion” was officially released. The Guiding Opinions reviewed the achievements made by China’s linen textile industry during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” and analyzed the existing problems and the situations faced by them. It pointed out that the major industries during the “13th Five-Year Plan” period Development goals and direction, clear nine major tasks.
