效能监察是对企业及领导者管理的再管理,监督的在监督,是其它任何监督检查方式部无法替代的,在强化企业管理中,效能监察主要起着三大作用。本文主要围绕效能监察在企业管理过程中的作用展开论述。
Efficiency monitoring is the re-management of the management of enterprises and leaders. The supervision of supervision is an alternative to any other supervision and inspection methods.
