本文采用临汾钢铁厂原料条件,在实验室进行了碱度0.79~3.27的大量烧结试验,并对烧结矿进行了冶金性能测试,从而确定临钢烧结矿的最佳碱度为2.0~2.2,并提出采用碱度2.0的烧结矿与酸性球团搭配入炉是临钢较合理的炉料结构的建议。
In this paper, a lot of sintering experiments with basicity of 0.79 ~ 3.27 were carried out in the laboratory with raw material conditions of Linfen Iron and Steel Plant. The metallurgical properties of the sinter were tested to determine the best alkalinity of the sintered steel was 2.0 ~ 2.2 Proposed using alkalinity 2.0 sinter and acid pellets with the furnace is a more reasonable steel structure of the proposed charge.
