东原·千浔社区中心被置于小区边缘,紧邻湿地公园,建筑功能与独特的地理位置需要其兼具开放性与封闭性。设计通过交叠剪力墙结构,织就了立体庭院系统,呈现出一个自在融通的公共场所,以建筑本体的方式来回应项目对开放与封闭的双重需求。独特的排水设计与实验性的墙面处理方式,也体现了建筑与自然、与传统、与人本感受的关联。文章专访山水秀建筑设计事务所主持建筑师祝晓峰,呈现其关于该项目的种种思考。
Tohoku · Chihiro community center was placed on the edge of the district, close to the wetland park, architectural features and unique geographical location needs both open and closed. Designed by overlapping shear wall structures, the design creates a three-dimensional courtyard system, presenting a freely accessible public place that responds to the dual needs of openness and closure by building ontology. Unique drainage design and experimental wall treatment, but also reflects the relationship between architecture and nature, and tradition, and human feelings. Article Interview Landscape architect Zhu Xiaofeng presided over the architectural design firm, presented his thoughts on the project.
