城市轨道交通属于城市基础设施建设中的重要组成部分,其适度发展对于优化城市空间结构布局,有效缓解城市拥堵现象,促进城市健康持续发展具有重大意义。本文结合当前城市轨道交通发展状况与城市综合发展条件,利用主成分分析方法,归纳并且构建出城市轨道交通发展能力的评价指标体系与综合评价模型,以期基于综合评价的基础上为城市轨道交通发展能力的优化提供定制性建议与启示,并以安徽省芜湖市为案例进行分析,验证了模型的可操作性。
Urban rail transit belongs to an important part of urban infrastructure construction. Its moderate development is of great significance for optimizing the layout of urban spatial structure, effectively alleviating urban congestion and promoting the healthy and sustainable development of cities. Based on the current situation of urban rail transit and the conditions of urban comprehensive development, this paper summarizes and constructs the evaluation index system and comprehensive evaluation model of urban rail transit development capability by using the principal component analysis method, with a view to building a comprehensive evaluation model for urban rail transit development Optimization of competencies to provide customized advice and inspiration, and Wuhu City, Anhui Province as a case analysis to verify the operability of the model.
