随着网络的快速发展,自媒体应运而生,一些犯罪分子利用互联网实施犯罪,使传统的网络犯罪转变成自媒体犯罪。文章认为自媒体主体的个体化、行为的自主性、内容的多样性、传播方式的网状化、传播的高速性等特点极易导致自媒体犯罪分子利用自媒体作为工具对普通用户实施钓鱼诈骗、色情犯罪甚至危害国家安全等犯罪,而公安机关在侦查案件时,会面临取证困难、犯罪行为发现困难、相关法律体系不完善等难题。因此,应该增加犯罪行为发现渠道、提高犯罪取证能力、完善相关的法律体系,以提高侦查效率。
