目的:建立复方炉甘石氯霉素洗剂中氯霉素的含量测定方法。方法。采用一阶导数分光光度法不经分离直接测定氯霉素的含量,检测波长为299nm。结果:线性范围为24~40μg·ml~(-1),r=0.9997,平均回收率98.6%,RSD为0.9%。结论:本方法可消除其它组分的干扰,简便易行,适合医院制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of chloramphenicol in compound calamine chloramphenicol lotion. method. The first derivative spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of chloramphenicol without separation. The detection wavelength was 299nm. Results: The linear range was 24-40 μg · ml -1, r = 0.9997. The average recovery was 98.6% with a RSD of 0.9%. Conclusion: This method can eliminate the interference of other components, is simple and easy to be suitable for the quality control of hospital preparations.
