[目的]评价18种植物精油对白纹伊蚊(Aedes albopictus)的熏蒸击倒活性及驱避活性。[方法]分别采用培养皿熏蒸法和GB/T 13917.9—2009攻击力方法。[结果]在0.63μg/cm~2剂量下,8种植物精油的KT50值在3.790~7.411 min之间,优于或与氯氟醚菊酯(4.631 min)和四氟甲醚菊酯(5.788 min)相当;在1.5μL/cm2的剂量下,9种植物精油的有效保护时间在1~4 h之间,优于或与驱蚊剂埃卡瑞丁(1 h)相当。[结论]桂醛、甲位松油醇、樟脑油、香茅油和芳樟醇对白纹伊蚊既有强的熏蒸击倒活性又具有明显的驱避活性。
[Objective] The research aimed to evaluate the fumigation knock-down activity and repellent activity of 18 plant essential oils against Aedes albopictus. [Method] Petri dish fumigation method and GB / T 13917.9-2009 method were used respectively. [Result] The KT50 values of essential oils of 8 kinds of plants at the dosage of 0.63 μg / cm ~ 2 ranged from 3.790 to 7.411 min, better than or comparable to those of permethrin (4.631 min) and etofenamate (5.788 min. The effective protection time of 9 kinds of plant essential oils was between 1 ~ 4 h at the dose of 1.5 μL / cm2, which was better than that of icaridin (1 h). [Conclusion] Both cinnamic aldehyde, alpha-terpineol, camphor oil, citronella oil and linalool had strong anti-fumigation knockdown activity and obvious repellent activity against Aedes albopictus.
