采用免疫组化ABC法对82例髓母细胞瘤(MB)进行中间丝蛋白(GFAP、NF、Vim)和神经内分泌标志物(SYN、CgA)检测。结果显示MB82例中,GFAP阳性74例(90.24%)、NF阳性17例(20.73%)、Vim阳性33例(40.24%)、SYN阳性62例(75.61%)、CgA阳性22例(26.83%)。有8例肿瘤5种标志物均有表达,其余也有2种或2种以上标志物表达。标志物表达与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、分化及预后等因素之间无关(P皆>0.05)。提示髓母细胞瘤是具有不同中间丝蛋白及神经内分泌标志物表达的异质性肿瘤。这种表达可能是幼稚的原始神经外胚层组织胚胎发育过程中标志物表达的重演。
Using immunohistochemical ABC method, 82 cases of medulloblastoma (MB) were examined for intermediate filament protein (GFAP, NF, Vim) and neuroendocrine markers (SYN, CgA). The results showed that of the 82 patients with MB, 74 (90.24%) were GFAP positive, 17 (20.73%) were NF positive, 33 (40.24%) were Vim positive, and 62 (75.61%) were SYN positive. CgA positive in 22 cases (26.83%). There were 8 tumors with 5 markers all expressed, and the rest also had 2 or more markers. There was no relationship between the expression of markers and the age, sex, tumor size, differentiation and prognosis of patients (P all >0.05). It is suggested that medulloblastoma is a heterogeneous tumor with different intermediate silk proteins and neuroendocrine markers. This expression may be a reappearance of marker expression in naive primitive neuroectodermal tissue during embryonic development.
