企业退休人员社会化管理主要是相对于企业化管理而言的,是指企业职工在办理退休后,其管理服务工作不再由企业承担,而是与原企业相分离,实行城市社区或者街道等属地管理,其养老金由社会相关部门统一发放,养老服务由社区服务组织进行统一提供和管理。退休人员企业化管理转向社会化管理有利于释放企业的负担,有利于退休人员生活质量的提高,因此,必须加快实现退休人员的企业化管理向社会化管理的转变。本文通过对退休人员企业化管理和社会化管理的概述,分析退休人员企业化管理向社会化管理转化的重要意义,从而提出实现退休人员由企业化管理向社会化管理转化的有效建议。

In this paper, we summarize the enterprise management and socialization management of retirees, and analyze the significance of retiree enterprise management to social management transformation. Therefore, we put forward some effective suggestions to realize retirement workers transformation from enterprise management to social management.
