以陕西韩城下峪口选煤厂原煤仓为背景,分别采用规范公式和有限元软件Midas Gen建立了筒仓有限元模型,对直径25 m预应力储煤仓仓壁的受力情况进行了计算,通过对两种方法的计算结果进行对比分析,指出规范采用无矩理论的不足,提出了预应力筒仓设计思路。
Based on the coal bunker at the Xiayukou coal preparation plant in Hancheng, Shaanxi Province, the finite element model of the silo was established by using the standard formula and finite element software Midas Gen, respectively. The stress of the prestressed coal bunker wall with a diameter of 25 m was calculated By comparing and analyzing the calculation results of the two methods, the paper points out the insufficiency of using the momentless theory to standardize the design of prestressed silos.
