为研究实腹式型钢混凝土梁在扭矩作用下的受力性能,进行了6根不同参数实腹式型钢混凝土梁和1根钢筋混凝土梁的纯扭试验。试验结果表明:实腹式型钢混凝土受扭构件与钢筋混凝土受扭构件的开裂机会相等,可以忽略型钢对开裂扭矩的影响;但型钢对极限扭矩有大幅提高作用,并有效改善了构件的延性;减小箍筋间距和增大配钢率可以提高型钢混凝土构件的受扭承载力。通过分析提出了型钢混凝土纯扭构件开裂扭矩和极限扭矩的计算公式,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。
In order to study the mechanical behavior of concrete-filled steel reinforced concrete beams under torsion, six pure torsional tests were conducted on six different parameters of solid belly-steel reinforced concrete beams and one reinforced concrete beam. The experimental results show that the cracking chances of torsion members of reinforced concrete are equal, and the influence of profile steel on the cracking torque can be neglected. But the profile steel has a great effect on the ultimate torque and effectively improves the ductility of the members. Reducing the stirrup spacing and increasing the steel ratio can improve the torsional bearing capacity of steel reinforced concrete members. Based on the analysis, the formula of cracking torque and ultimate torque of pure Torsion member are proposed. The calculation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.
