作者对欧美生产的6种无石棉密封垫片及“日本石棉公司”生产的同类产品进行了物理性能试验,并行结果同石棉橡胶板进行对比,结论是:在抗拉强度、耐油性、气密性方面无石棉制品均劣于石棉橡胶板,全部达不到JISR3453 1类和2类规定的标准值,但基本接近下限值。经1年以上的蒸汽密封性试验,结果除“日本石棉公司”的无石棉密封片无泄漏外,其它6种3.2mm厚的密封片几乎都在6个月之内出现漏汽。本文就上述对比试验结果及无石棉密封片的应用情况作一介绍。
The authors tested the physical properties of 6 non-asbestos gaskets produced in Europe and the United States and similar products produced by “Japan Asbestos Company”. The results were compared with those of asbestos rubber sheets. The conclusion was that tensile strength, oil resistance, Asbestos products are inferior to asbestos rubber sheet, all of them fail to meet the JISR3453 Class 1 and Class 2 standard values, but basically close to the lower limit. After more than one year of steam tightness test, the results showed that except for the non-asbestos sealing sheet of “Japan Asbestos Company”, the other six kinds of 3.2 mm thick sealing sheets showed leakage within almost 6 months. In this paper, the above comparative test results and the application of non-asbestos sealing sheet for an introduction.
