随着我国社会整体经济的不断发展,市场经济得到飞快的发展,作为企业组织生产、经济考核、经济核算和按劳分配的基本依据,同时作为生产率的基本体现,劳动定额在经济活动中占据主导地位,发挥出不可忽视的作用。对于我国经济能够有效地向综合化现代化转变,对于劳动定额原有的管理模式、方法一定要进行适当的改革。国家社会整体进步基本是生产力,生产率的高低决定着生产能力强弱,只有将劳动定额合理地进行完善,制定有效健全的劳动定额体系,才能推动国家政府、企业单位在经营活动中的活跃程度。
