各位代表、各位同志:当我们安徽省第一届各界人民代表会议隆重召开的时候,正是我们国家经过三年准备,财政经济状况已根本好转,而即将进入全国大规模建设开始的一九五三年。我们的这次会议在这个时候召开,意义是非常重大的。现在,我将安徽解放三年来的工作和一九五三年的任务,向大会作简要的报告。三年来,我们安徽人民在毛主席、中国共产党、中央人民政府的英明领导下,在华东军政委员会的直接领导下,和全国人民一起,进行了抗美援朝、土地改革、镇压反革命、「三反」和「五反」以及思想改造等伟大运动。
Dear Delegates, Comrades, When the first session of the people’s congress of all walks of life in Anhui Province was held ceremoniously, precisely after our country has prepared for three years, the financial and economic conditions have basically improved and China is about to enter the 195 Three years. It is very significant that our meeting is held at this time. Now, I will give a brief report to the General Assembly about the work of Anhui in the three years since liberation and the task in 1953. Over the past three years, under the wise leadership of Chairman Mao, the Chinese Communist Party and the Central People’s Government, our Anhui people, along with the people of the whole country under the direct leadership of the East China Military and Political Committee, conducted anti-US aid and aid operations, land reform, suppression of counter-revolutionaries, “three contradictions” and The “five antipodes” and the great movement of ideological reform.
