笔者从探索职业教育医药卫生类(简称卫生职业教育,下同)“双师型”教师医学专业思想入手,按图索骥,以达揭示卫生职业教育“双师型”教师的本来面目以及它在卫生职业教育领域的真实地位之目的,同时力图诠释卫生职业教育“双师型”教师的概念和定义,期望更多的卫生职业教育“双师型”教师认识自己的地位和使命,并引起各级卫生职业教育双师型教师队伍管理部门的重视,引起全社会对捍卫生命教育质量的关注。
