采用免疫组织化学方法观察表皮生长因子受体(EGF-R)和雄激素受体(AR)在40例人良性前列腺增生症(BPH)前列腺组织中的定位。结果显示:40例中27例(67.5%)为EGF-R强阳性表达,EGF-R主要位于增生的前列腺上皮的基底层和鳞化上皮。并且,大部分分布在细胞膜上,仅少量在细胞浆内;40例中24例(60%)AR为强阳性表达。AR限定于前列腺基底细胞和平滑肌细胞的细胞核内;EGF-R和AR在同一病例中的免疫反应相一致。结果提示:EGF-R和AR可能涉及到前列腺组织增生过程。
Immunohistochemistry was used to observe the localization of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGF-R) and androgen receptor (AR) in prostate tissue of 40 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). The results showed that 27 of 40 cases (67.5%) were strongly positive for EGF-R, and EGF-R was mainly located in the basal and squamous epithelium of hyperplastic prostatic epithelium. And most of the distribution in the cell membrane, only a small amount in the cytoplasm; 40 cases of 24 cases (60%) AR was strongly positive expression. AR was confined to the nucleus of prostatic basal cells and smooth muscle cells; EGF-R and AR were consistent in the same case. The results suggest that: EGF-R and AR may involve prostate hyperplasia.
