Objective To explore the short-term effect of digital audio-visual integration system on the treatment of autism in children and provide the clinical basis for the rehabilitation of autistic children. Methods One hundred and seventy children with autism were trained in audiovisual integration combined with bionic dolphin sounds. One day treatment was given at 45 min and 15 days every day, and the next course was started after two months. The autistic behavioral scale was evaluated before and after treatment. Autism assessment scale and developmental providers, IQ scores and development status, the effect of treatment before and after the comparison. Results After the first and second courses of treatment, compared with the development of the subjects before treatment, the five indicators of language normality, language comprehension, cognitive ability, social ability and life self-care ability improved to some extent (P <0.05). Compared with before treatment, the improvement rate of different indicators after the end of the first course of treatment was 15.0% ~ 42.5%, the second course of treatment was 25.7% ~ 55.8% after the end of the first course of treatment, and the improvement rate of two courses was 41.6 % ~ 70.8%. In addition, two consecutive courses of treatment of dolphin audio-visual system, children with autism scale, autistic behavior score, developmental quotient (IQ) scores were significantly improved (P <0.05), and the younger , The more obvious improvement. Conclusion Digital intervention can improve children with autism language disorders, cognitive skills, social barriers, self-care ability, autistic children’s autonomic short-term efficacy of more sure.
