苏里格气田开发过程中,常伴随有地层水、凝析水或凝析油产出。生产过程中,气井气液一起在井筒中流动,如果气井产能低于地层出液量,液体将逐步在井筒聚集,降低井口压力和产气量甚至造成气井停喷。而氮气增压气举作为苏里格气田开发后期低压低产积液井一项重要的排水采气工艺,在提高气田采收率、提高气井开井率方面显得尤为重要。本文总结前期氮气增压气举在苏里格中部气田的开展情况,在理论与实践相结合的基础上,推导了氮气增压气举复产工艺参数,为后期此项工作的开展提供技术依据。
Sulige gas field development process, often accompanied by formation water, condensate or condensate output. During the production process, the gas-liquid gas and liquid flow together in the wellbore. If the productivity of the gas well is lower than the production volume of the formation, the liquid will gradually accumulate in the wellbore to reduce the wellhead pressure and gas production and even stop the gas well. As an important drainage and gas production technology for low-pressure and low-productivity liquid accumulation wells in the later development stage of Sulige gas field, nitrogen boosting gas lift is particularly important in improving gas recovery rate and increasing gas well open rate. Based on the combination of theory and practice, this paper summarizes the development of nitrogen gas boosting in the gas field in the central part of Sulige in the early stage, and deduces the technological parameters of nitrogen gas boosting and gas recovery in the gas field, providing the technical basis for the later work .
