中小学音乐教育是国民素质教育的一个重要组成部分,培养非音乐专业人才在强调素质教育的今天显得尤为重要。教师既要教书又要育人,既要提高学生的智力因素,又要重视培养学生的非智力因素。基于这样的认识和理念,本文从培养学生的情感、意志、品德人格等方面进行阐述,在音乐教学模式上作了一些探索和实践。
The music education in primary and secondary schools is an important component of the national quality education. It is particularly important to cultivate non-music professionals to emphasize quality education today. Teachers must both teach and educate people. They should not only improve the students’ intellectual factors, but also pay attention to cultivating their non-intellectual factors. Based on this understanding and philosophy, this article elaborates on the aspects of cultivating students’ emotions, will, and moral personality, and makes some explorations and practices on the music teaching model.
