在高职院校,大学生党建存在明显断层现象,大一大二开展得有条不紊,大三实习生则党建比较薄弱,成为制约高职生党建的一大困难。由于实习生分算在各地,校外党建开展难度增大。在网络高速发展的时代,党建工作者并没有很好的发挥网络平台的优势,思想观念比较陈旧保留。因此,高职院校实习生党建要不断更新观念,整合资源,加大投入,形成合力,充分发挥手机平台的作用,不断推动党建工作的向前发展。
In higher vocational colleges, there is a clear fault in the party building of the undergraduates. The freshmen and sophomore are well-organized. The third-year interns are rather weak in Party building and become a major obstacle in restricting the building of the party in higher vocational education. Due to the internship in various places, it is more and more difficult for the party building out of school. In the era of rapid development of the Internet, Party building workers did not make good use of the advantages of the Internet platform and kept outdated ideas and concepts. Therefore, the intern party building in higher vocational colleges should constantly update their concepts, integrate resources, increase investment, work together to give full play to the role of mobile platform, and constantly promote the party building forward.
