本文总结了利用柴油机进气管内气流的动力效果,提高每循环的进气量及利用导气槽增大进气涡流的强度,以改进290柴油机的性能的试验研究工作。实践结果指出,利用上述方法将290柴油机的额定功率提高20%~25%,经济性提高10%(即耗油率降低10%)的可能性和合理性,并且查明了这一方法对变转速和拖拉机最大扭矩的适应性,以及布置于拖拉机上的现实性。
This paper summarizes the experimental research on improving the performance of 290 diesel engine by taking advantage of the dynamic effect of airflow in the intake pipe of a diesel engine, increasing the intake air volume per cycle and increasing the intensity of the intake vortex by the air guide groove. The practice indicates that the possibility and rationality of using the above method to increase the rated power of 290 diesel engine by 20% -25% and the economic efficiency by 10% (that is, the fuel consumption reduction by 10%) have been proved. Speed and tractor maximum torque adaptability, as well as the layout of the tractor on the reality.
