一、前言肘形进水流道在大中型泵站中得到了广泛的应用,以往由于受流道材料选择、制作、安装及机组正常维修保养的限制,故在中小型泵站中很少采用。淮阴市水利局从1988年起分别在灌南县李集乡徐庄站及新安乡新东站采用钢丝网水泥砂浆顶制的肘形流道与开敞式进水池状态进行对比测试,经三年多的反复试验表明:安装肘形流道后的泵站装置效率与开敞式进水池相比可提高5%~6%。其次,随着整体吊装的成功应用,使得采用肘形流道后,整个泵室的土建工程量可以大大减小。据初步设计,可节省土建工程量34%左右。既提高了泵站装置效率,又节省了土建投资。这在当前农田排灌能源十分紧张而泵站建设
I. INTRODUCTION The elbow inlet channel has been widely used in large and medium-sized pumping stations. In the past, it was seldom used in small and medium-sized pumping stations due to the restriction of the material selection, manufacture, installation and normal maintenance of the flow channel. Huaiyin City Water Conservancy Bureau from 1988, respectively, in Liuxiang County Guanzhuang Xuzhuang Station and Xin’an Township Xindong Station using steel mesh cement mortar top of the elbow flow channel and the state of the open into the pool for comparative testing, after three More than a year of trial and error tests have shown that the efficiency of a pumping station after installing an elbow flow channel can be increased by 5% to 6% compared to an open inlet tank. Secondly, with the successful application of the whole hoisting, the amount of civil works in the whole pump room can be greatly reduced after the elbow flow passage is adopted. According to the preliminary design, it can save about 34% of the civil works. Not only improve the pumping station efficiency, but also save civil investment.
